Το εγχείρημά μας ξεκινά από την ανάγκη να ορίσουμε ξανά τη φιλοξενία ως μορφή πολιτισμού·, να δημιουργήσουμε ένα καταφύγιο για τις αισθήσεις, όπου κάθε φιάλη κρύβει μια ιστορία και κάθε στιγμή αποκτά τη δική της επίγευση.
