Welcome to Tabacos de la Cordillera, our farm located in Santa Marta de Puriscal, San José, Costa Rica.

This is where the journey begins. From planting each tiny seed in our nurseries, to careful irrigation and daily attention, every step is handled with dedication.

Once the plants are ready, they are carefully transplanted by hand into the field, where their growth continues. 🌿

Every plant requires time, care, patience, and dedication as we work toward producing our own to***co right here in Costa Rica.

A NEW CHAPTER IS GROWING 🌱🇨🇷

A new chapter has begun at Tabacos de la Cordillera.

With 29 years of history in to***co cultivation and cigar craftsmanship in Costa Rica, our farm is now entering a new era under the ownership of Kurt MacDonald.

And this new beginning starts exactly where a great cigar begins: with the seed.

Our to***co seedlings are already growing in the nursery, while we prepare the land for the next stage of cultivation.

This is the beginning of a journey that will take us from seed to to***co, and from to***co to handcrafted premium ci**rs, including our new CAPO – Diamond Crest line.

We are also preparing the farm for a future experience where visitors will be able to discover firsthand the journey of to***co and the art behind cigar making in Costa Rica.

The tours are coming — but first, we grow. 🌱
