Today, we are proud to showcase Zarza Coffee and producer Jonathan Gasca, whose dedication to quality, innovation, and consistency has positioned their coffees among the most recognized in the specialty coffee industry.

Their lots have been selected by some of the world’s top baristas, contributing to podium finishes in the most prestigious coffee competitions. This recognition is the result of outstanding processing, exceptional cup quality, and complete traceability from origin to cup.

📍 During our visit to ANAYA Farm, we welcomed one of our partners for an immersive journey through the farm, where innovation meets tradition. Together, we explored the production of our co-fermented coffees, learning how carefully selected microorganisms, yeasts, and fruits are used during fermentation to develop distinctive and complex flavor profiles.

🧪 More than a technical tour, this experience was an opportunity to exchange knowledge, strengthen our partnership, and showcase the dedication, expertise, and transparency behind every lot we export from Colombia.

At LAFEIKA BEANS, we believe the best coffee is not only tasted—it is experienced. During this visit to Finca El Encanto, our customer had the opportunity to explore every stage of coffee processing, from cherry selection to the fermentation methods that shape unique and distinctive cup profiles.

More than a technical tour, this was an immersive experience that showcased how expertise, innovation, and the dedication of our producers come together to create specialty coffees with outstanding quality, traceability, and character.
