🥃 It's Mixology Monday!

Legacy Co-op Liquor Manager Kevin shows off his choice to make this recipe come to life: the Apple C***r Margarita!

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. tequila reposado or blanco
2 oz. apple c***r
¾ oz. Triple Sec
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Rim with: Cinnamon and sugar (if desired)

Directions:
1. Run lime wedge around the rim of a glass
2. Dip glass into pate of cinnamon and sugar mixture.
3. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice.
4. Shake until cold.
5. Strain margarita into the glass.
6. Fill glass with ice and serve.
7. Enjoy!

🥃 It's Mixology Monday!

Legacy Co-op Liquor Manager Kevin showcases a choice to make this recipe come to life — this week, we're making the Forbidden Sour

Ingredients:
1 oz. of bourbon or wh***ey
1 oz. of violet liqueur
1 oz. of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz. of simple syrup
Garnish: orange wheel & cherry

Directions:
1. Add the bourbon/wh***ey, violet liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry.
4. Enjoy!

🥃 It's Mixology Monday!

Legacy Co-op Liquor Manager Kevin is holding one piece to this week's Mixology Monday recipe — the Maple Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. of dark rum
- 1/2 oz. of maple syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Garnish with an orange twist

Directions:
1. Add the dark rum, maple syrup and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass with ice 2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with an orange twist.
5. Enjoy!
