We are looking for 1 full-time or possibly 2 part-time Sales Assistants at Castro's Cuban Cigar Store
Fun, easygoing and great staff culture, but very professional work environment when customers are in the store.
Right in the heart of the village stroll. Amazing views of the mountains. Doesn't even feel like you are inside!

YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CI**RS TO APPLY!
All you need to be good at is small talk. The ci**rs sell themselves! We will teach you what you do need to know about ci**rs as you go. It's fun and interesting!
There is a lot of the job not involving cigar sales, so you will pick it up easily.
Fast paced at times as you will be taking bookings for haircuts and spa sessions as well.
Very flexible hours so you can still get up the mountain. You will have a variety of Morning Opening (9:45am - 5pm), Crossovers (1pm - 8pm) or Closing Shifts (5pm - Midnight)
Successful applicants need to be:
-Mature
-Clean and neat in appearance
-Friendly
-Talkative
-Extroverted
-Fast learner
-Enjoy working in a small team.
-Punctual
-Good organization and math skills
Interest in social media marketing a bonus.
Successful applicant will have a year round position. Spirit Pass discount. Flexible hours.
We have a professional dress code similar to if you worked in a bank or hotel. If you don't currently have dress clothes let us know, we are happy to help get you some.
Total pay averages over $19 per hour. (Base pay plus bonuses and tips)
Staff housing possible in future if space is available. Your own room in a beautiful house in Alpine.
