Sake lovers, how’s everyone doing? 🍶

This time, we’re exploring Nara—often called one of the oldest sake regions in Japan.

Long ago, temples and shrines played a major role in sake brewing, helping shape the foundation of Japanese sake culture.

But Nara isn’t only about tradition.
The region is also home to innovative breweries creating exciting new styles of sake today.

And yes—you can find Nara sake right here in BC 🇨🇦

🍶 ASMR Sake Cocktail 🍋✨
A refreshing Japanese-inspired cocktail made with Kubota sake, ginger ale, and a touch of citrus.

The ratio can be adjusted depending on how strong or light you prefer it. For a smoother and slightly sweeter taste, a little honey works beautifully 🍯✨

If using honey, a simple honey syrup helps it blend more easily: 1 part honey + 1 part water, gently warmed until fully combined.

Hello Sake lovers,🍶

How about trying something fruity for a change?

Umenoyado offers a whole new experience—
fruit liqueurs made with real fruit, so rich it feels like you’re biting into it.

They’re also a unique brewery that moved away from the traditional “Toji” system,
focusing instead on teamwork to craft their sake.

And of course, you can find it right here in BC—
give it a try.

Sake lovers, this one’s for you 🍶

Today, we’re heading to Kochi—one of the regions in Shikoku, Japan. 🇯🇵

But here’s the surprising part…
Kochi’s climate isn’t actually ideal for sake brewing.

So why are we talking about it?

Because Kochi’s unique food culture is what truly supports and shapes its sake.

And stay till the end—
we’ll introduce some Kochi sake you won’t want to miss!
