Groovy Friday afternoon canning session! Broseph and Corey were *supposed* to be here for a *Morning* shessh but evidently they are morally opposed to "Mornings" - it's ok they were late yesterday doing a delivery - ANyhoooo moving on😂
Here the boys are jamming incanning mode - this is a delicious batch of our El Mate Mente (mint) our most popular flavour! Yerba Mate for the kick, local honey from Luc's Beeotches as a sweetener with lucious mint accent - just wicked awesome summer bevy! Come down to the plant @ 168 craig street for all our flavours - over 20 in the quiver and more every week!

Hot Diggity we gots the cooking action! Hot Bath Pasteurization in full effect right here!
This is a custom co-pack batch of 320 x 355ml with no additives, preservatives, emulsifiers - just fresh juices and water! We essentially cook the batch at 68degrees for 28 minutes and then crash cool it to preserve the flavour. Shelf life / stability is over a year with this method.

Broseph doing a custom run for a client, this mix is going to their camp. We do small 1 BBL/120 L batches = 320 cans - We'll put **anything** in a can (we don't judge!). Hey everyone, happy Friday!
The Rhubarbarians are looking for rhubarb!!!

We have two students working on a school project, and their soda recipe calls for fresh rhubarb! We know it’s a little early in the season, but we’re reaching out in hopes that someone in the community might have a rhubarb patch that's ready to share.
If you're willing to part with a few stalks, we’d be happy to trade you some of our soda in return. You’d be helping these students finish their project in time, and we’d really appreciate the support. :)
