สังฆทาน (Monk Offering) is a set of food, household items, and daily necessities offered to monks as an act of merit-making, a tradition close to every Thai heart 🧡

This Songkran, Thai Mart is making it easy for everyone to participate with 2 options:

🛒 Build Your Own — pick items from our store and fill your own bag, made personal and made with love
✨ Ready-Made Sets — curated by Thai Mart, so you can make merit without the guesswork

🏛 All offerings will be delivered by Thai Mart to TWO temples at the end of the event:
1. Yanviriya II Buddhist Temple, Richmond Hill, ON
2. Wat Ratchadham 2, Niagara Falls, ON

One of the most sacred Songkran traditions, now at Thai Mart 🙏🌸

สรงน้ำพระ (Bathing the Buddha Ceremony) is the act of gently pouring scented water over a Buddha image as an offering of respect, gratitude, and blessings for the Thai New Year.

ปีนี้เราได้รับเกียรติจาก Yanviriya II Buddhist Temple ที่อนุญาตให้อันเชิญพระพุทธรูปมาตั้งให้ทุกคนได้สรงน้ำร่วมกันค่ะ 🙏
This year, we are honoured to have a Buddha image specially lent to us by Yanviriya II Buddhist Temple, so everyone can come and participate together!
