☀️ Sunny days and spring temperatures are back!
It’s the perfect time to highlight our Sancerre from the prestigious Domaine Reverdy Cyril.

The estate is located in Verdigny, near Sancerre, and it is about 9 hectares on white soil (clay-limestone).
This cuvée is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, vinified in stainless steel tanks.
🥇 At the Paris Wine Competition, this wine was awarded a Gold Medal !

On the nose, this wine evokes peach, blackcurrant, and lime, along with the characteristic aromas of the grape variety (vegetal notes) and iodized scents reminiscent of oyster shells.

The attack is crisp and lively, with lime aromas and all the typical characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. It’s clean, refreshing, and has a pleasant vibrancy that awakens the palate. We love its tension and its charming, thirst-quenching character, with a mineral finish.

Pairs beautifully with white fish, shellfish, white meats, and goat cheese.

The red is a Vermentino Nero, an herbaceous red wine, releasing small red berries taste. While tannins are sliding on your palate. Perfect wine for your BBQ meat, or with charcuterie.

The red is a blend of Syrah Grenache , an explosion of red fruits in the mouth.
While the white is a blend of Uni blanc Colombard , a nose of lemon skin , mineral wine.

The tanks of 350 Liters, are anchored at 15m under the water, in the Atlantic Ocean. Where they will move at the rhythm of the tides and elements. Bringing an effect of pressure/depression, allowing the wine to evolve in an no tranquil environment.

🔈 We are almost sold out of this Morgon Côtes du Py Old vines vintage 2021 🔔
The vineyard - the largest of Côtes du Py in Beaujolais - is maintained by Vincent Geoffroy (left person on the picture).
This gamay, is vinified in stainless steal tanks to keep its fruitiness. Medium body wine, blueberries and blackberries, underlined by grey pepper touch and a nice mineralogy finish.
So if you still want to have a chance to drink it, enjoying its quality - contact us and you won’t forget that moment.
