🌈 July is Disability Justice Month 🌈

This month, we honor Disability Justice — a movement rooted in intersectionality, collective liberation, and the leadership of disabled people who live at the margins. It's more than access. It's about equity, care, community, and dismantling ableism in all its forms.

The Disability Pride Flag reminds us of the diversity, brilliance, and resilience of our communities:

🔴 Red – for physical disabilities
🟡 Gold – for neurodivergence and cognitive disabilities
🟢 Green – for invisible disabilities and chronic illness
🔵 Blue – for psychiatric disabilities
⚫ Black background – for mourning lives lost to ableist violence and systemic neglect
⚪ White diagonal stripe – for the unity and strength of disabled people across all experiences

These stripes are more than colors — they are stories, struggles, and survival.

This month (and every month), let’s center disabled voices, fight for true accessibility, and recognize that disability justice is essential to collective justice.
