We would like to welcome to the team Malcolm Gillies.
Malcolm has worked in hospitality for over 10 years, with experience in the kitchen and also working in the dining rooms of some of the best restaurants in Ottawa. Recently, he spent time in Champagne, getting some hands-on experience with viticulture and winemaking. Please contact him to schedule a tasting.
