Junction 56 is a craft distillery focussed on creating a range of high quality products. Our grain and wheat for our spirits is 100% Ontario grown. We currently distill Vodka, Gin and Moonshine (which is an unaged whisky), as well as some flavoured Moonshine products, Sugarshack, Fireshine and Eclipse. We are also busy putting whiskey in barrels to mature, and will have a fully aged whisky for release in 2019. We have a retail store onsite where our products can be purchased, and our Gin, Vodka and Moonshine are also available at select LCBO stores across Ontario. We offer public and private tours as well as host other events. Stop by and see us sometime and ask for our products at your local LCBO and bar/restaurant.

Founded in Stratford, Ontario, in 2015, Junction 56 began with a passion for wh**ky and a vision to create something of our own. 🥃

What started with a tasting turned into a journey of discovery, craftsmanship, and a whole lot of passion. Today, that same spirit goes into every bottle we make.

From our first idea to your glass, passion is at the heart of everything we do.

Our Cinnamon Wh**ky gets its warm, distinctive flavour by steeping a locally sourced cinnamon-spiced tea blend directly in our five-grain Canadian wh**ky. The result is smooth, aromatic and made for sipping by the fire, over ice, or with a splash of ginger ale.
