Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to join our team of 3. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient administrative support, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and proficiency in various accounting functions, making it essential for the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
Possibly perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
Assist in compiling payroll information
Utilize accounting software, we are currently using Adagio.
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Support other administrative tasks as needed to enhance office efficiency
Reconciling cash from various business's.
Experience
Proven experience as a clerk or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with accounts payable, account analysis, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation processes is essential.
Experience with budgeting and payroll functions is highly desirable.
Proficiency in accounting software, Willingness to learn Adagio.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with team members and external contacts.
