Monday august 24th we had the opportunity to meet the great team at Highway Community Kitchen located here in Portage La Prairie. Thrift for Portage was happy to donate approximately $600 in food to help feed the people in need here in Portage. We would also like to take the opportunity to thank both soup kitchens In Portage, for all their hard work, preparing food managing the flow of people and cleaning up after.

Last week we had the opportunity to meet the great team at New Direction, located here in Portage La Prairie. ☺️

New Directions wanted to hold a BBQ at Island Park where we were happy to be able to purchase burgers, chips and drinks for supported individuals living in Portage La Prairie, approximately 140 people attended the BBQ!

Yesterday we had the opportunity to meet the great team at the YOUTH FOR CHRIST located here in Portage La Prairie. ☺️

We were happy to be able to purchase all the burgers hot dogs chips and drinks for there fundraiser at our location. We are excited to have raised over $600 to support YOUTH FOR CHRIST. Check out their website to find support options.

BBQ IS ON NOW AT 446 TUPPER ST NORTH 11am to 2pm
COME DOWN AND MAKE ANY CASH DONATION AND RECEIVE A BURGER CHIPS AND A DRINK. ALL THE MONEY FROM THE BURGER SALES IS DONATED TO YOUTH FOR CHRIST.

This week, we are raising money for YOUTH FOR CHRIST. We are at 446 tupper st north ways you can help support are.
1. Drop off any lightly used items between Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm
2. Come down and shop some of the proceeds will be donated to YOUTH FOR CHRIST for the next 2 days.
3.come to the BBQ on Friday July 17th make any cash donation to YOUTH FOR CHRIST and receive a burger and bag of chips and a drink. Between 11 and 2

This week we are raising money for YOUTH FOR CHRIST. We are also having a BBQ with hamburgers and hot dogs, chips, and drinks this Friday July 17th Burgers are free with any cash donation to YFC .
Ways you can help
1. make a donation with lightly used items at 446 tupper st north at the back between Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm

2. You can come this week and purchase any item and a portion of proceeds will go towards a YFC donation.

3. You can come down to the barbecue at 446 Tupper st north on Friday July 17 starting at 11am make any cash donation for YOUTH FOR CHRIST and receive a free burger or hot dog chips and a drink. All the cash donations for burgers and hot dogs goes to support YFC .
