LOCAL $100,000 WINNER!

Saying “yes” to ENCORE paid off for Trent Moz of Simcoe. He matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order in the September 20, 2025 LOTTARIO draw to win $100,000!

Trent, 28, said he won a Free Play and decided to add ENCORE to his ticket for the extra $1. “I checked my ticket on Sunday morning after the draw while I was drinking my coffee,” he recounted while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his windfall. “I had to scan it a few times to make sure it was $100,000 and not $100! After realizing what I won, I was in pure disbelief.”

He shared the news with his dad, who couldn’t believe it either. “My dad looked at the ticket himself and took a moment to let it sink in,” Trent said.

Trent plans to save for the future and put his winnings toward his first home.

The winning ticket was purchased at Pioneer on Main Street in Port Dover.
