🔴 RED BAG DAYS – PASADENA EDITION! 🔴
Calling all Pasadena businesses! We need YOU! 🫵❤️

Our incredible Careers students and Grade 7 classes are hard at work helping us with Red Bag Days this year, and we couldn’t be more proud of these young community champions! 👏👏

Now, it seems they’re having GREAT success getting bags into households…

Mom takes a bag.
Nan takes a bag.
Auntie takes a bag.
The neighbour takes a bag.
Someone probably took a bag for the dog. 😂🐶

But businesses? Well…we could use a little help in that department! 👀

So we’re putting out a call to our PASADENA BUSINESS COMMUNITY! 📣

Would your business like to help us fill the shelves at the Pasadena Food Bank?

It’s as easy as 1️⃣ 2️⃣ 3️⃣!

🔴 Reach out to us and we’ll connect you with a student!

🔴 OR simply stop by the school, pick up a Red Bag, fill it with non-perishable food items, and return it!

🔴 Feel ridiculously good about yourself because you’ve just helped put food on someone’s table! ❤️

Our young helpers are doing a FANTASTIC job, but there’s one teeny tiny logistical challenge…

MOST OF THEM CAN’T DRIVE! 🚗😂

So while they’ve got the enthusiasm, the energy, and probably enough steps on their Fitbits to walk across Newfoundland, they could use a little help reaching our business community!

And THAT’S where our village comes in. ❤️

At Speedy Glass Corner Brook, we believe community support isn’t just something we talk about. It’s something we DO. And watching these students step up to help their neighbours is exactly why we love Red Bag Days so much.

📅 Filled bags are due back October 29th!

Let’s show these kids what happens when a whole community gets behind a good cause!

This amazing project by Samuel's Sammiches and Sweets will provide approximately 80 cooked Christmas meals to families right here in our town of Pasadena!
