On Wednesday, April 30th, the Food Bank will be selling Tim Hortons Smile Cookies right here at the shop. Every single dollar raised from these cookie sales goes directly to help support families in our community.

Requirements:
• 18+, previous retail and/or customer service experience required
• Available at least 2 weekday evenings/week and 2 weekends/month, 3pm-9pm
• Independent worker with a strong sense of responsibility
• Comfortable asking for ID and strictly following alcohol, to***co, and lottery sale guidelines
• Reliable and flexible

Today is bittersweet as we say goodbye to Jess Ryan, who’s been part of the Nicholson’s family since April 2012. After 13 years of stocking shelves, keeping the beer fridge in order, and ringing through everyone’s Friday night “essentials,” it’s hard to imagine the store without her.

Jess has survived more long weekends, lotto lineups, and “just one more bag of chips” than we can count. She’s been a steady, friendly face in our community, and we’re so grateful for her hard work, humor, and patience (especially on the busiest days!).

We’ll miss having her behind the counter, but Jess, you’ve earned a permanent spot in our hall of fame. We wish you all the best in your new role, and can’t wait to see where the world takes you!🍻❤️
