New Orleans in a glass — the Sazerac blends whiskey, absinthe, sugar, and bitters for a bold, aromatic experience. 🥃
Ingredients:
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 Sugar Cube
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Absinthe (rinse)
Lemon peel for garnish
How to Make It:
Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe. In another glass, muddle sugar and bitters. Add whiskey and stir. Strain into the absinthe-rinsed glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
