New Orleans in a glass — the Sazerac blends whiskey, absinthe, sugar, and bitters for a bold, aromatic experience. 🥃
Ingredients:
2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 Sugar Cube
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Absinthe (rinse)
Lemon peel for garnish
How to Make It:
Rinse a chilled glass with absinthe. In another glass, muddle sugar and bitters. Add whiskey and stir. Strain into the absinthe-rinsed glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

Ingredients:
2 oz Cognac
¾ oz Orange Liqueur
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sugar for rim (optional)
Lemon twist for garnish
How to Make It:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a sugar-rimmed coupe glass and garnish.

How to Make It:

Ingredients:
2 oz Pisco
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
How to Make It:
Shake all ingredients (except bitters) without ice, then again with ice. Strain into a coupe glass and dot the foam with bitters.
