🍇 New Drop: Archil Tsolikouri 2021 🇬🇪
Featured this week at Buyers+Cellars: a soulful, skin-contact white from western Georgia that tastes like nothing else.

Archil Tsolikouri 2021 is made in a tiny stone winery that looks more like a medieval barn than a modern cellar. The floor is packed with buried qvevri (clay fermentation pots), the walls are lined with ancient tools and handmade vessels, and everything — everything — is done by hand.

The wine? It’s wild in all the right ways: stone fruit, tea-like grip, citrus pith, a little funk, a lot of heart.

Unfiltered, unbothered, and available by the glass while it lasts.
