Winemaker's CUT is an estate winery rooted just south of Oliver, British Columbia, with a tasting room in our beautiful District Wine Village, set in the sunlit heart of Canada’s Okanagan Valley. Here, premium wines are shaped by the region’s distinctive terroir and crafted with clarity, balance, purity, and depth — each bottle a faithful reflection of the winemaker’s vision.
The name captures the winery’s guiding philosophy. Like a director’s cut in film, Winemaker’s CUT is the winemaker’s own interpretation: personal, intentional, and finely composed. It is a philosophy of authorship, where every bottle offers a precise and expressive view of the vineyard. That vision can be discovered online or experienced firsthand in the tasting room.
Classical music forms part of the winery’s soul, echoing through both the vineyard and the cellar. Each vintage is approached like a musical score, shaped with discipline, nuance, and feeling, so that every wine becomes an expression of place, structure, and emotion.
