The We Care Foundation is dedicated to helping send children with disabilities to camp through the collaborative efforts of the foodservice and hospitality community - creating meaningful opportunities for kids to grow, connect, and realize their full potential.

Our partners at Giffard are calling all drink creators, this is your moment.

The Giffard West Cup Canada 2026 deadline is today (May 1), and there’s still time to submit.

This year’s theme, “Sip the Moment,” challenges bartenders and mixologists to go beyond the glass, crafting two connected cocktails (Sunrise & Moonlight) that capture the rhythm of hospitality from morning to night.

From online submissions, 10 finalists will be selected to compete live in Toronto on June 1, with one Canadian winner earning the opportunity to represent Canada at the global finals in Angers, France.

This is more than a competition, it’s a chance to showcase your creativity, tell your story, and represent Canada on a global stage.
