Our Favourite Coffee Shops in Lynn Valley
As local North Vancouver realtors, we love exploring everything this community has to offer—including its amazing coffee spots! Whether we’re meeting with clients or grabbing a pick-me-up between showings, these are our go-to cafésin Lynn Valley:
1️⃣ Delany’s Coffee House
💡 A neighbourhood staple, Delany’s is perfect for a cozy catch-up or a quick coffee run. Our go-to? A London Fog and one of their amazing GF treats—breakfast cookie for one of us, peanut butter chocolate cookie for the other. Don’t sleep on the brownie. Seriously.
2️⃣ Tommy’s Café
💡 A charming spot with a laid-back vibe, Tommy’s serves fantastic coffee and delicious breakfast options. It’s the perfect place for a casual client meeting or a weekend brunch.
3️⃣ End of the Line General Store
💡 This Upper Lynn gem is the pre-hike hangout. We love the community feel—locals chatting with coffee in hand, kids and dogs everywhere, and bikes parked out front. We’re tea drinkers, but Jamie’s London Fog (crafted with care!) and one of Connie’s legendary homemade pucks are our staples. In summer, don’t miss the ice cream window, local art by our friend Vicki English, and shelves full of retro treats. It’s more than coffee—it’s a vibe.
