After well over a decade of dedicated service, leadership and hard work, our dear General Manager, Aggie, is retiring! 💕

For so many years, Aggie has been at the heart of Crossroads Country Market. Her commitment, care and countless contributions have helped shape Crossroads into what it is today. Whether supporting staff, serving customers, or helping the business grow, Aggie’s kindness and dedication will leave a lasting mark on our team and our community.

We’d like to invite friends, customers, former coworkers and community members to join us as we celebrate Aggie’s incredible career and thank her for everything she has done for Crossroads over the years.

For the past few years, we’ve been quietly keeping busy with:
✔️ Snow removal
✔️ Excavation & site work
✔️ Hot shot hauling
✔️ Industrial & mechanical services

Most of our work has come through word of mouth, and thanks to this community, we’ve stayed consistently busy without doing much advertising.

Now with the recent addition of a dump truck, we’re expanding our services even further, including:
✔️ Gravel
✔️ Fill
✔️ Crusher dust
✔️ Topsoil
✔️ Mulch & compost hauling and delivery

🚛 We’re running a single axle truck, hauling up to approx. 8.5 tons per load — great for driveways, smaller jobs, and tighter access areas.

Our excavation services include:
✔️ Land clearing, site prep & lot grading
✔️ Driveway installs, culverts & drainage
✔️ Water & sewer line work
✔️ French drains, weeping tile & drainage solutions
✔️ Foundation prep & ICF work
✔️ Tree & brush removal
✔️ And more—just ask!

We figured it’s time to make things official and start promoting this side of the business properly…

👉 We’re working on finalizing a name for this side of the business and would love to hear your ideas!
