❄️☕ SNOW OR NO SNOW… THE GRUB HUB IS OPEN AND THE COFFEE IS ON! ☕❄️

Good morning from beautiful, snowy Elkwater! 🏔️🐾

Mother Nature decided to give us an early taste of winter yesterday afternoon and evening, dropping 4–6 inches of heavy, wet snow on Cypress Hills! ❄️🌲

But don't let a little snow scare you away — MAK ’n JAK Grub Hub is OPEN and ready to welcome you! 🍳🍔☕

🕙 SATURDAY & SUNDAY HOURS (October 24 & 25)

🛒 General Store: Opens at 10:00 AM

🍽️ Restaurant: Opens at 11:00 AM

🚗 ROAD UPDATE: Highway 41 is basically clear all the way to Elkwater, with just a bit of snow remaining on the road for the last 5–8 miles (8–13 km). As always, drive for the conditions!

Whether you're coming out to enjoy the beautiful snow-covered scenery, grab a hot meal, pick up a few supplies, or just warm up with a fresh cup of coffee, we've got the coffee brewing and a warm welcome waiting! ❤️

❄️🍂 WINTER HAS ARRIVED A LITTLE EARLY IN ELKWATER! 🐾

Well, it looks like patio season might officially be over at MAK ’n JAK Grub Hub! 😂

We haven't had too many volunteers wanting to enjoy a meal on the patio this weekend. Can't imagine why! 🥶🍔

While the snow may have arrived a little earlier than we'd like, there's no denying just how beautiful Elkwater and Cypress Hills look with a fresh blanket of white! 🌲❄️

There's something pretty special about watching the seasons change down here in our little corner of Southern Alberta. ❤️

The patio might be a little chilly, but it's warm and cozy inside the Grub Hub, and we're always happy to see you!
