Hey folks ! Happy Canada 🇨🇦 Day Long Weekend ! (We are assuming most of you will be taking today or Monday off 😃)

To celebrate, we are featuring a couple great Canadian wines on today's FREE Friday Tasting !

- Sandhill - Small Lots "One"
This is a classic Bordeaux style blend, featuring Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon, but featuring very special and distinct barrel quality. Rich, smooth and complex! BBQ !

-Featherstone- "Ramato" Pinot Grigio
Pinot Grigio actually has slightly pink skins, so if you leave them to macerate for a short period of time, you get a lovely pink hue and a little more fruit expression ! The perfect deck wine !

As always, we will have these wines open from 2:30 until 7:30 today !

Hey folks !

Looks like we are in for a tad bit of rain 🌧 this weekend, so we figured a nice cozy red wine lineup would be a good idea for our Free Friday Wine Tasting !

-Verum- Malbec
Argentina 🇦🇷
A fantastic Malbec at a price that cant be beat! Cherry, Blackberry, Chocolate and spice, super classic.

-Majella- "The Musician" Cabernet Shiraz Australia 🇦🇺
An absolute classic Coonawara red blend, we've been stocking Majella for a very long time with good reason! Blackberry, mint, eucalyptus, dried herbs.

As always, these wines will be open from 2:30 until 7:30 today!

Hey folks ! Happy Father's Day Weekend !

We have a couple of great wines open today if you are in need of any celebration juice 🍾 !

-Hexamer- "Eisendell" Riesling Trocken
This is a dry, crisp and classic German Riesling, perfect for pork or chicken! Apple, Apricot, lemon zest, minerals and honey.

-Il Borro- "Borrigiano" Toscana
Dynamic, versatile, and super classic. Pasta, pizza, steaks, this wine does it all with style ! %70 Sangiovese, and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.

These wines will be open from 3pm until 730pm, free to try !

Free Friday Wine Tasting ! 🍻 🥂

Hey folks! As always, we are excited to feature a couple of awesome wine for you to taste today !

-Die Boskind- South Africa 🇿🇦
This wonderful wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, and coming in at a heck of a price !

-Upper Bench- Canada 🇨🇦
100% Chardonnay from the Okanagan Valley. Composed dynamics between acid and oak influence are very thoughtful here. This one really made us perk up and pay attention.

As always, these wines will be available to taste from 3pm until 730pm. We hope to see you all here !

Hey folks !

Its looking like a HOT 🔥 weekend coming up, so we are featuring a couple of thirst quenchers to get you through !

-Vía Barrosa- 🇪🇸
This is 100% Treixadura, a key white grape in Ribeiro. It has lovely aromatic finesse and vibrant acidity, with pink grapefruit, lemon zest, honeysuckle and clementine. A great choice for deck wine with snacks !

-Paddy Borthwick- 🇳🇿
CPR is a interesting triple blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Riesling (yes, it works, and its delicious!) Its a great way to remind yourself that New Zealand isn't just for Sauv Blanc and Pinot Noir!

As always, these wines will be open from 3pm until 730pm today !

Hey folks !

We have a fun Italian theme for this weeks tasting, featuring two NEW arrivals to the shop !

-Riseis- Pecorino
An absolute stunner, this wine is 100% Pecorino, and is basically springtime in a glass. Stonefruit, white peach, alpine meadows, Apricot. This is one of those wines that we didn't "need", but HAD to have !

-Pasetti- "Madonnella" Montepulciano
Those who are already familiar with the delicious upper end Pasetti "Testarossa" that we carry will be thrilled to meet the little brother version ! Vibrant and flavourful, dark cherry, plum, blackberry and spicy herbs.

The wines will be open from 3pm until 730pm today ! Stop by and find your new favourite !!

Hey folks !

We have a couple tasty wines open today to accompany your upcoming long weekend !

-Unico Zelo- "Delta Blue" 🇦🇺
Super interesting blend of Touriga Nacional, Canernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc from Langhorne Creek. Spicy, Tight and Energetic !

-Domaine du Beauregard- Aligote 🇫🇷
The "other" white Burgundy varietal, Aligote is still a superstar at picking up the famous terroir on the region. Subtle flavours of apple, peach and white flowers, with crisp acidity and a long mineral finish. A secret fav !

As always, these will be open from 3pm until 730pm today.

Its a special weekend coming up, so stop by and check out some wines for that special woman in your life, Mom !

We are opening three this week to celebrate.

-Val D'Oca- Prosecco Superiore 🇮🇹
A gorgeous and versatile Prosecco, perfect for any celebratory occasion. Citrus and floral aromas, spicy herbal notes.

-Selection Lafazanis- Dry Rose 🇬🇷
Soft, fruity and easy drinking, with strawberry and cherry, and Hibiscus.

-J. Denuzière- Cotes du Rhone "Les Serines" 🇫🇷
Seriously amazing value in this bottle, this CdR is predominantly Syrah with a bit of Grenache. Zesty black current, blackberry, bramble and granite.

We hope to see you all today to try this delicious wines ! They will be open from 3pm until 730pm.

Hey folks !

We have some gorgeous weather coming this weekend, so we need some tasty wines to pair with that !

Introducing Martin Texier, from the Rhone Valley in France ! These wines are just pure deliciousness, vibrant and full of life !

-Preyna- This cuvee is 75% Cinsault, and 25% Grenache. Bright fresh and loud. Drink it slightly chilled for a special treat !!

-La Rouviére- This is a 50/50 blend of Clairette and Roussanne. Love at first sip, for us anyway ! Crisp and clean, delightful !

As always, these wines will be open from 3pm until 730pm. Dont miss these beauties!

Hey folks !

We have a couple amazing wines for you to try today ! The weekend weather is looking very promising for some outdoor fun, and these wines just might be the right ticket for your BBQ plans !

- St.John - Claret - Bordeaux
This is a generous wine for the price point, with lovely purity on the palate, rich and concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackcurrant. A new "go-to" !

-Paltrinieri - "Radice" - Lambrusco
This lightly sparkling wine is made from 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara, one of the lighter and more floral grapes used in Lambrusco production. Absolutely charming aromas of orange blossoms, strawberry, grapefruit. Super fun and delicious.

We hope you can all make it down here to try these delicious treats !
