Katherine McIlravey
(AKA) “KAT” was the face of Sitara Liquor Store. It is with great sadness we announce her passing. Katherine succumb to her injuries from a tragic accident in the wee hours on July 31st, 2022, passing on August 1st, 2022.
Katherine was the manager and operator at Sitara Liquor Store in Lake Country. Before - known as Shannon Lake Liquor Store in Shannon Lake for over 7 years. Sitara Liquor Store was Katherine's pride & joy. Kat poured her heart and soul into the Liquor Store, which showed to all customers and patrons.
Everyone who knew Katherine, knew how vivacious & excited she was for a new day in her life. Katherine was full of Life, light, joy, positivity, all traits that were obvious to all after even just 1 single meeting with Kat . Katherine, you will miss more than words can say, or actions could prove.
Sitara Liquor Store & Staff would like to extend their deepest, heartfelt condolences, to Katherine’s family, Sister Susan, Mother & other siblings. Jake McIlravey her son. Your momma was so proud of you. She bragged about you all the time and loved you the most. She was so happy and so excited when you arrived here a month ago to surprise her so she could meet your fiancé .
