The LongGrey Group Ltd is the incorporated version of the organization that Mr. Wintermute realized that for the organization to grow as it needs to, and sustain itself in to the future, it must take on a new form that will not be limited by its reliance on him alone. Moving forward, with Mr. Wintermute’s vision and leadership, our group of dedicated Managers, Customer Service Reps, Admins and Sup

ervisors will have the professional training, systems, tools and structure to accomplish our mission. Coming from a Military background Mr. Wintermute entered the business world in 1987. He began by managing a convenience store for Becker’s, a position which later grew into Area Supervisor in 1988, when he became responsible for a territory in Essex County consisting of 21 stores. After leaving Becker’s he owned and operated a Sears Catalogue agency in the town of Essex, Ontario. In October of 2002 he began operating The Drivers & Vehicles Licence Issuing Office in Essex, and in 2006 added offices in Leamington and Wallaceburg. 2010 was a year of significant expansion and change. Three new offices in Mississauga, Val Caron and Blenheim came online, all during the transition from M.T.O. Licence Offices to what is now ServiceOntario. 2011 saw the addition of the Carleton Place office for a current total of six offices and 22 employees. Wintermute works and resides in Kingsville, Ontario.
