For just as long, we lamented the lack of a hard cider worthy of our Okanagan Valley fruit. Finally, to celebrate the passion of 3 generations and over 500 growers in our BC Tree Fruits family, we decided to create one ourselves. The BC Tree Fruits Cider Company was created with one thing in mind: to hand craft a premium hard cider from 100% BC apples picked from our own orchards and crushed in ou

r own mill. A cider as traditional as the sixteen foot ladders we climb at harvest time. Our Master Cider Maker was tasked with discovering the perfect blend and transporting it from the orchard to a tall and frosty glass with all the flavour nature intended. The cider we had in mind was the one every true cider lover wants in hand. Crisp, clean and pure. With no concentrate, no added water or sugar and no artificial flavours. And above all, artfully blended and balanced with a taste the cultivated cider enthusiast will return to time and time again.

BC Tree Fruits Cidery has closed.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the permanent closure of our cidery. This marks the end of an unforgettable chapter for all of us who poured our hearts into this journey.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way—our customers, team members, sales agency, collaborators, and the incredible community of licensees we’ve had the honour of working alongside. Your enthusiasm and encouragement have fueled every idea, every moment and every pour of Broken Ladder at BC Tree Fruits Cidery.
