The response to our closing sale has been amazing. So many customers all at once, so it's been a pretty hectic time for us. We need your help....
Someone has purchased a pair of these beautiful Grey mukluks and ended up with 2 left feet!!!!

ONE STOP GENERAL STORE WILL BE PERMANENTLY CLOSING - EVERYTHING MUST GO - in store sales only -

We would like to let our customers know that a few months ago we were approached by an investor who bought our building. The closing date is in September. We made the tough decision that we would be permanently closing the business and not relocating to another location.

Some of the factors that caused this decision included over regulation by the government of the convenience store industry regarding to***co and cigar sales, and increased government taxes that led customers to source their to***co from Reserves. Other factors were increased costs in the everyday aspects of running the business like payroll taxes, utility costs, and insurance. We also saw a large movement over the past 2 or 3 years of customers purchasing more products online, with customers moving away from in store purchases. This trend definitely affected our store, which has always been about the in store experience.

We’ve been blessed over the years to have great long term staff. We discussed the decision with our staff and made the decision together that it was time to close the store. Some of our staff are ready to start enjoying retirement and a slower pace, so the timing of the decision is good.

We will be having a big closing sale to sell off the stock at the store. These will be in store purchases only. Everything must go. Items like moccasins, t-shirts, and souvenirs will be 50% off, excluding to***co and lottery. The store will close when we have sold off the remaining stock. We will do our best to provide our customers with the option to purchase extra to***co and ci**rs before closing permanently.

We’d like to thank all our loyal customers who we’ve gotten to know over the years. Thank you for your loyalty, patronage, and allowing us to be successful for all these years. It’s been our pleasure to serve you.
