We’ve lost 20 BC craft breweries this year alone. TWENTY. Each one was someone’s dream, someone’s livelihood, someone’s community space.

But here’s what gives us hope: YOU 💛

Every time you choose our beer, you’re voting local. Now we need your voice to tell your MLA that our tax system is broken. Other provinces figured this out. Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan - they support their craft brewers. BC can too.

✨ Friday Facts with Ashley ✨This week we’re shining a light on Hornby Island’s incredible volunteer fire department. With no ambulance station on the island, these dedicated volunteers are often the first to respond to both fire and medical emergencies. One of those heroes is Albini-Patrick Lapierre, who has served as a volunteer firefighter for nearly 20 years. Now, Albini is facing a battle with cancer and needs our community’s support.
