This week’s Thirsty Thursday pick is Blueberry Lemonade Moonshine Punch, perfect for mixing up a batch to share at weekend get-togethers with friends.

2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 cups water
1½ cups white sugar
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 cups North Mountain Original Moonshine

In a saucepan, combine blueberries, water, lemon zest, and sugar.
Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the blueberries burst and sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and strain into a bowl, pressing to get all the juice.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then stir in the fresh lemon juice and moonshine.
Pour into mason jars and seal. Refrigerate for at least 48 hours before serving.
