😜What?? A second burger??!! That’s right! We have a limited amount of our”Kraken Burger” this week during Burger Bash! Serving 20 burgers/day at Beer Project location only…

A Tusket version of the Crack Style Burger….
A 1/2lb brisket, bacon, sharp cheddar, chilli sour cream and Ranch seasoned patty that is smoked and reverse seared on an open flame. Served on an in-house red milk bun with arugula, smoked cheese, chilli sour cream, pickles, onions and a flavourful, 25 ingredient BBQ sauce!! 😋

🍔BURGER BASH HALIFAX 2025 is just around the corner!!! April 3-11th ….Raising 💰 for Feed Nova Scotia!

This years Beer Project burger will not disappoint!

The Apri-Hot Burger is the perfect blend of sweet, sour, and spice!

We start with an Oulton’s fresh, all-beef patty and top it with a chutney of stewed apricots, warm spices (clove and cinnamon), and apple cider vinegar. Accentuated with fresh jalapeno and our house hickory-smoked garlic aioli, emboldened with fresh-squeezed lemon and cracked black pepper. Finished with smoked gouda and served on our staple LF Bakery milk bun.

Tusket Falls Pulled Pork Sandwich on our house made sourdough buns! We smoke pork shoulder butt for 12 hours using oak wood on our wood fired smoker. We then combine it with our Texan inspired BBQ sauce and crunchy coleslaw. Packing a lot of flavour, slightly messy but a whole lot of fun to eat! Available at both Beer Project on Gottingen and the brewery in Tusket….

Our no-wrap Briskets feel the warm breeze of oak smoke from our live fire smoker. Sliced and placed between a bed of blended cheeses, leaks, onion and pickled mustard seeds on our house made sourdough bread. Served with seasoned fries and side of baked beans, slowly cooked in a cauldron over an open fire!

It was gone for far too long but it’s BACK!! Our Czech style Pilsner “Once Blind, Now I See Clearly” is pouring from the taps and available in cans at both locations!!

We’ve got lots of lagers and Pilsners in the fermenters now, getting ready for our busy spring season!!
