🚨 TEMAGAMI DRY IS HERE AT CARA’S! 🌲🥤
We’re SUPER excited to be the first — and so far the ONLY — place in Sudbury carrying Temagami Dry! 👊
And this isn’t just another pop. This is a piece of Northern Ontario history.
Temagami Dry dates back more than 100 years, with the original ginger ale first bottled in North Bay by MacDonald and Sons Ltd. The brand became a Northern Ontario staple — something people remember from cottages, family gatherings, roadside stops and summers in the North. (Northern Ontario Travel)
When production stopped in 2019, the Municipality of Temagami stepped in to help save the brand. After years away from the shelves, Temagami Dry was revived and is now once again produced right here in Northern Ontario, at Gateway City Brewery in North Bay. Even better, the Municipality of Temagami receives a royalty from sales to help support tourism and the local economy. 🌲❤️ (Temagami Dry)
We have ALL THREE flavours at Cara’s:
Original Ginger Ale
Cream Soda
Zero Sugar Ginger Ale
Single can and 6 packs available
The original Ginger Ale was brought back with that ginger-forward, creamy, old-school taste people remember, while the new Cream Soda has a nostalgic cotton-candy style flavour. (Northern Ontario Business)
Guys, this is exactly the kind of thing we love getting behind. A Northern Ontario company, making a Northern Ontario product, creating jobs and putting money back into the North.
If we want more great Northern businesses and products like this, we have to support them.
Come into Cara’s, grab a cold Temagami Dry and give it a try. If you remember drinking the original years ago, tell us your Temagami Dry story in the comments! 👇
