I have a dilemma going on and looking for suggestions to fix it if anyone has been in the same boat before. My POS system has held back any money going into my bank account for the last few weeks. They said they were suspicious of fraud because my volume in sales increased in what they thought was too much for three days last month, it was not a large increase. I have never heard of this but it of course means there is no money going into my account to pay my bills that are automatically taken out like Lotto, Gift Cards, ci******es and others. If they don't get their money then I get my machines turned off and no orders. The POS company informed me that they have taken out their fees but are hold back a large amount for 90 days.
I am in a mess and are wondering if any other business has ever had this happen to them.
I was looking forward to sales picking up with ice cream and drinks to I can fix the front of my store since the insurance company screwed me over, I will explain that one tomorrow since everyone is asking.
Any suggestions on how to handle this mess.
Edit: I did ask if it has to do with a stolen card or something but they said my volume of sales increased too much 3 days. It was check days here in Canada they are from Texas. I am getting rid of them tomorrow.
