Swedish cake is a vanilla cake with a layer of homemade raspberry jam and then a layer of pastry cream, then a slice of cake with a good thick layer of light cream (pastry cream mixed with cream whipped), then another slice of cake and a dome of light cream covered with marzipan (almond paste), also homemade.
Swedish cake, c'est un gâteau à la vanille avec une couche de confiture à la framboise fait maison et ensuite une couche de crème pâtissière, ensuite une tranche de gâteau avec une bonne grosse couche de crème légère (crème pâtissière mélanger avec de la crème fouettée), ensuite une autre tranche de gâteau et un dome de crème légère recouvert de pâte d'amande, aussi fait maison.
