With all this increased amount of snow
Happy Hour wants to remind customers that if you place an order for something including groceries , you must make sure your driveway and steps are clear of snow or you will not get your delivery unless you come and meet us at the road.
So if your driveway has not been done, then, please wait until it is before you call in your orders

Margaret would like to remind customers that normally leave orders or messages on this page. I will be on vacation out of the country from December 23 to the 30th so please do not leave any messages on here as they will not get seen you need to phone anything into the happy hour number. 705-849-7122

Happy Hour would like to advise customers that with the upcoming holidays wait times at the stores are longer therefore our delivery times will take a little bit longer so we will appreciate your patience.
Also, there will be no grocery shopping done on December 24
So please do not schedule any PC express pick ups for that day . All groceries for the holidays need to be done by December 23.

Now that the snow has stopped
We would like to remind the customers in houses
If you are expecting a delivery, please make sure that your driveway are clear and that there is a safe walkway to your doorway
Myself and my staff are not going to walk through large piles of snow or risk falling.
If you do not have access clear, then you will be expected to come out to the street to meet us for your delivery.

You must be patient and if you have placed an order, you will get it so please do not keep calling back or messaging when it’s coming.
