Oops!!! I’m notorious for saying ‘those need one more minute’ then not setting a timer😂

Not to worry there are 4 more dozen cheddar bagels for the morning.

I spent an hour with Teal and 2 of my favourite local lovelies yesterday.

This was my first ever Pilates class, I was a bit nervous because my back was still quite sore. Teal took beautiful care of me and today my back feels better than it has in awhile.

I look forward to going again. This is a great way to move your body especially if you haven't in awhile.
Perfect for all ages, all bodies and all fitness levels, it's a warm inviting, private and inclusive space.

Maybe I'll see you at the next class❤️
