Manuscrito Tequila is made with 100% all natural single estate blue Weber agave and distilled at El Sabina Distillery at 7000 feet elevation.

Chapter One and Chapter Three are 42.5% ABV. From Chapter One you can expect notes of cooked agave, citrus, earthiness, bell pepper, and a mineral, floral, citrusy finish. Chapter Three has notes of cinnamon and baking spices, creamy cooked agave, honey, oak, and butterscotch.
