Infinite Loch. Named in honour of Loch Ardnahoe. Matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. Notes of Islay peat and dark chocolate on the nose, menthol, fresh fruits, and bonfire on the palate, with a smoky, zesty finish. Opened in 2019, Ardnahoe was the first new Islay distillery opened in over a decade with the Hunter Laing & Co. Family’s decades of history and knowledge base behind it. Missed the Floor Pour? Our friend Antonio left us a few new bottles for the Tasting Bar including their pre-made Old Fashioned and Espresso Martini cocktails! Their Espresso Martini is made with their White Brandy as a base infused with Cappuccino King’s Classico Roast Espresso and chocolate nibs and orangecello made exclusively for their cocktails. The Old Fashioned uses their Taber Corn Berbon as a base and orangecello and bitters made just for this! Bridgeland is super committed to using high quality, made in house ingredients for these cocktails and it really shows. Come down to the Tasting Bar whenever we’re open and try these plus almost all of the whiskies and spirits we carry from them!

Newest Canadian Whisky on our shelves AND newest addition to our tasting bar! Tekarra from is named after Jasper’s own Mt. Tekarra. Bottled at 48% ABV, Tekarra is a beautiful combination of malt barley and Demerara that provides unique and layered flavours of fruit, candy, and earthiness.

Only 211 bottles available, you won’t want to miss out on this one. While our bottles aren’t quite here yet, we’ve got one open at the Tasting Bar for you to try and get excited about. Empty bottles mean one thing - a successful tasting! We’re so excited to have had two sold out nights in a row for our Elbows Up Canadian Whisky Tasting. We were able to share some of our favourite local and Canadian made craft whisky and discover some that were new to all of us. Trying these unique whiskies back to back allowed us to showcase the quality and unique craft of these spirits while discovering the wide range of flavours and techniques that Canadian whisky has to offer.
