One of our awesome team members is moving on to other creative pursuits, which means we have an open spot to fill here at the shop!
We could be looking for YOU!
Here’s the breakdown.
The Role: a shop supervisor position, semi-full-time hours (between 25 and 30 hours a week), with the opportunity to increase hours as the role evolves.
What We Value: kindness, a good dad-joke or two throughout the day, and curiosity in all things obscure that makes Sip stand out. We love our local beer, our storied spirits, and our low-intervention, groovy wines that the community has come to expect from us. A keen interest in learning about these products is a must! Overall, we want everyone who comes through our doors to feel welcome and free to be who they are, and a big part of that starts with our team members.
The Day to Day: we want someone who is driven, takes initiative, and is a steward of the business when working alone. You should be able to lift flats of beer & cases of wine. Consistent access to a vehicle is a big ++. Able to work weekends and evenings.
What We Offer: the role is hourly and pays $19-$21/hr (experience dependent), with benefits included.
