Established in 1987, Domaine Pascal Jolivet is a recognizable name in the Loire Vally, France. In 1993, the domaine started acquiring vineyards in the greatest terroir of Sancerre: Le Chêne Marchand, Le Grand Chemarin, La Plante de Prés, and Pouilly Fumé, and now boasts over 120 hectare in total in Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé and Touraine. Pascal’s vision to achieve w**es with purity, precision and freshness is a result of biodynamic vinification, indigenous yeast, and careful selection of fruit.
2024 Pascal Jolivet Sancerre (100%Sauvignon Blanc) is a signature w**e of the Domaine that was first launched in 1983. Fruit is harvested from three different vineyard sites that are rich in limestone, clay limestone, and flint. Fruit is carefully selected and juice is gravity fed to respect the natural vinification process. Each parcel is vinified separately that leads to a feminine, mineral w**e with elegance and balance. Pair with your choice of seafood, chicken, fresh vegetables or goat cheese.
