ASTRAL is a premium tequila crafted with 100% Blue Weber Agave. The production process features a unique milling process using a tahona - a stone wheel that crushes the juice from the agave fibers. Then those fibers are used in a fermentation process. After fermentation, the tequila is distilled twice in copper pot stills, resulting in a smooth finish.
