CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Description
Reporting to the Store Manager, a CSR is responsible for providing positive customer experiences at Doogie’s Liquor Store by ensuring that all customer needs are met. The CSR creates a welcoming environment and establishes a relationship with the customer by greeting them upon entry, providing assistance to locate products, answering questions, presenting and discussing products and services, supporting store operations by receiving and stocking shelves, and ensuring the legal sale of beverage alcohol. The CSR position is physically demanding as it is required to repeatedly lift beverage alcohol cases weighing up to 40 pounds. This position requires individuals to be dependable and self-motivated while ensuring a demonstrated one-team approach through communication, organizational and collaboration skills.

We need people for part time/ casual hours. Must be available evening and weekends.

All applicants must be 19 or older and will be required to complete a server intervention training program also Western Canada Lottery training within 30 days.

Assets which we could look for in a successful candidate are a validate class five vehicle license and own car, forklift or experience operating a lift truck in small area.

You will be subject to a Criminal Record Check and Code of Conduct policies.
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:
• Be at least 19 years of age
• Be able to legally work in Canada
• Be able to demonstrate aptitude for cashier and related duties, including calculations
• Be able to stock shelves
• Be able to maintain the cleanliness of the store
• Be able to receiving stock
• Be able to organize inventory
• Be able to help customers find products
• Be able to provide excellent customer service
• Be able to understand and communicate effectively in English
• Be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 20-25 kg boxes
