🍄🐙 From Our Test Kitchen at Evermore…

A little creativity, a little experimentation, and a whole lot of flavour!

We’ve been busy playing with new ideas in the kitchen, and these two creations are too good not to share.

🍄 Into the Woods — A beautiful combination of enoki, oyster and shiitake mushrooms, silky cashew purée and fresco garlic sauce.

🐙 Grilled Octopus — Beautifully charred octopus paired with vibrant romesco sauce and creamy corn elote purée.

We’re always experimenting with flavours, textures and fresh ingredients to bring something a little unexpected to your table.

🍂 A Taste of Fall at Evermore 🍂

A couple of our new fall menu items have arrived, bringing all the warm, comforting flavours of the season.

Our Harvest Skillet is loaded with roasted sweet potatoes, turnips, carrots, kale, purple cabbage, tortellini and smoked sausage, finished with herbs and spices.

Or cozy up with our Stuffed Chicken Breast — seasoned chicken stuffed with aged cheddar, cranberries and spinach, baked to perfection and served over creamy garlic mashed potatoes.
