An Apology to Our Valued Customers

Dear Carbon Community,

We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor and inconvenience experienced at Carbon Grocery & Liquor over the past weekend.

After investigating the issue, we identified the cause as a gas backup from the water drainage outlets (sewage line) in the Produce & Dairy section. We understand that this resulted in an unpleasant, rotten-like smell throughout the area, and we are truly sorry for the discomfort and disruption this caused.

We are pleased to confirm that the issue has now been resolved temporarily. We are in process of taking the necessary steps to help prevent a similar situation from occurring in the future.

We sincerely appreciate the patience, understanding, and feedback from our valued customers. Your comments helped us identify and address the issue promptly, and we are grateful that you brought your concerns to our attention.
