Whiskey lovers rejoice!

We’re among the first in Canada to get our hands on the inaugural single malt release from Aberargie Distillery, one of Scotland’s newest distilleries located on a 300-acre farm just south of Perth on the border of the Highlands and Lowlands.

Made entirely with barley grown on their own farm, this whisky was matured in a 50/50 split of Bourbon and Sherry casks, bottled at 48.2% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with no added colouring.

No peat here, just a beautifully fresh and approachable style packed with notes of baked apple, roasted nuts, honey-drizzled oats, and soft spice. An incredibly polished first release and a glimpse at what this distillery is capable of.

Happy long weekend, yall! What better way to celebrate than with the return of one Canada’s most sought-after producers: Pinard et Filles!

Winemakers Frédéric Simon and Catherine Bélanger, continues to prove that some of Canada’s most exciting natural wines are coming out of Quebec. Minimal intervention, serious personality, and labels featuring artwork by Marc Séguin make these bottles impossible to ignore.

Now in shop:

Jane Doe: Bright, zippy, aromatic, and endlessly drinkable. A beautiful intro to the world of Pinard et Filles.

Honey Moon: A juicy, chillable blend of white and red grapes bursting with crunchy fruit and fresh florals. Serve cold, drink fast.
