SUNBURNED KNEES 😎 ⇩ If you’re all about bold flavours and a spicy punch, today’s Sunburned Knees recipe is calling your name! 🔥

This playful Bees Knees is elevated with orange liqueur and hot honey syrup, bringing a perfect balance of sweet heat and citrusy flair.

SUNBURNED KNEES
Created by
• 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Hot Honey Syrup*
• Lemon Twist & Umbrella, to garnish

METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake to chill and double strain over pebble ice into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon and an umbrella. Enjoy!🍹

*To make the syrup, add 1 cup honey and 2 tbsp chili flakes to a saucepan. Heat until simmering and then stir in 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and ½ cup water. Let cool for 15 minutes before straining out the chili flakes.

Looking for a spicy weekend starter? Try Dulce Vida Chile Paloma cocktail – featuring their Reposado Tequila 🌶️

INGREDIENTS:
• 1.5 oz Dulce Vida Reposado Tequila
• 0.75 oz Chile Liqueur
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Agave Syrup

METHOD:
In a Tajin-rimmed collins glass, combine all ingredients with ice.
Gently stir to combine. Garnish with chile or lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 oz Modello Prosecco
• 2 oz Orange juice
• Orange slice or twist for garnish as optional

METHOD:
Pour 2 oz orange juice into the glass.
Carefully pour 2 oz Modello Prosecco over the orange juice.
