When you first step into our shoppe you will be greeted by friendly owner Lori Konig. We have taken meticulous care in making sure your wine-making established is one where you feel relaxed and comfortable. Wine-making is all about the experience..
First, we will try to help you make your selection. Once completed we will mixed the ingredients and you add the yeast. And that is all there is to

it!!! Bottling times are made by appointment only so you never feel rushed.

4 week wines are ready in 5 weeks
6 week wines are ready in 7 weeks
We let your wine have a little rest after filtering!! When you return with your empty bottles or purchase them from us to get you started you'll walk away with 30 full ones We will be there to assist you in the process of bottling using up-to-date, easy to use equipment. When you leave with your wine it will look professional...shrinks and labels are included with each batch of wine. We have convenient parking for easy loading. Our goal is to make your wine-making fun & enjoyable.

Redmark captures whisky’s unmistakable mark, leaving a lasting impression on this bold Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah blend. For this limited release, an exciting first for VineCo the juice was pre-oaked in-house, steeped for six months with local Niagara whisky oak chips.
Steeping the juice with whisky oak chips adds depth and structure, enhancing tannins while rounding the palate and layering in notes of sweet spice and brown sugar. The result is a confident, full-bodied wine where Cabernet’s dark blackcurrant and plum meet Syrah’s ripe wildberry and savoury spice. The blend finishes with hints of mocha, vanilla, and a gentle wisp of smoky toasted oak- an unmistakable mark that lingers long after the last sip.
