Thank you to all the 106 customers who donated. Thank you to Krista for initiating and for Tanya our new manager for the work on organizing:). We are fortunate to have great customers and some awesome staff.

Big Thank You goes out to Howatt’s Shell and their customers. Howatt’s sold $10 food bags and then matched the sales. The results were amazing! Cases upon cases of groceries and Krista and Tanya to deliver! Thank you to everyone for the support. ❤️🤗

Borden-Carleton Fire Department

Volunteer fire departments are the heart of our communities — ordinary people answering extraordinary calls, proving that courage and compassion are stronger than any flame. These photos show the dedication of our members, a group of 20 men and women, who continuously train weekly, to better our skills, and to fundraise to purchase live saving equipment.
The top photo is current serving members of the Borden-Carleton Fire Department, the bottom left is a recent training exercise using the jaws of life on a donated car, and the bottom right is us presenting a cheque to the winner of our Chase the Ace jackpot back in May, which we use as a fundraiser for the department.
