Fake blood is dye. Treat it like dye. 🩸

Every Halloween people throw a stained costume straight in a hot wash, then wonder why the stain never comes out.

Here is what works:

1️⃣ 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮. Hot water sets fake blood permanently.

2️⃣ 𝙍𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙘, 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙩. That pushes the stain out instead of through.

3️⃣ 𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙧𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙜𝙤𝙣𝙚. Heat locks it in for good.

4️⃣ 𝙁𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙞𝙡 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙, so it needs dish soap on it first, then a wash.

Halloween is Saturday. The costume is white. 🎃
