Here is a little bit about our new Baker.

Sonja, She and her family immigrated from Germany and made Yukon their home 5 years ago. Sonja loves to work with local and seasonal products, and makes sure that every baked item is made from wholesome and natural ingredients.

Her Sourdough bread? Made with Sourdough starter, Salt, Flour and Water. Combined with her talent to mix these ingredients into a flavorful item, Sonja is proud to now also distribute good foods to Atlin.

When not baking, Sonja loves to spend time in nature camping with her husband, 3 kids and dog and cat.
